Does one subscription work across all sites?
Yes. Your plan unlocks SkyLog (astrophotography), BirdLog (birding), and SeaLog (marine life) — one price, all three platforms.
What happens when I hit my upload limit?
You can still browse, view, and manage your existing images. New uploads are paused until your next billing cycle resets the counter, or you can upgrade to a higher tier.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
What counts as an AI identification?
Each time you use QuickID to identify a species, object, or marine life from a photo, that counts as one AI identification.
Is the Explorer tier really free forever?
Yes. 10 uploads and 10 AI IDs with no time limit. Browse every catalog, build your profile, and favourite objects — all free.
Do my uploads roll over?
Monthly upload and AI ID quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused quota does not roll over.
