1.Your Right to Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data from Field Log Studio and its platforms — SkyLog, BirdLog, and SeaLog. We take your privacy seriously and will process all deletion requests promptly.

2.What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove: your user account and profile information; all images you have uploaded (both private and public); your equipment profiles and capture metadata; comments, likes, and social interactions; sighting logs and observation data; and subscription and billing records (except where required by law for tax purposes).

3.How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your data, send an email to support@fieldlog.studio with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your data.

4.Processing Time

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently removed.

5.Facebook Login Users

If you signed up using Facebook Login, you can also request data deletion directly through Facebook. Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → find Field Log Studio → click Remove. This will notify us to delete your data. Alternatively, you can email us directly using the instructions above.
